Insurance claims

Xactimate estimates, detailed cost breakdowns and a documented file that starts on the first visit. We coordinate with property teams and adjusters; the insurer decides coverage and approvals.

What adjusters get

Xactimate pricing
Estimates are built in Xactimate on established industry pricing. Every cost appears as a line item, so the breakdown can be checked against the scope.
Documentation
Photos and scope notes from the first visit, readings while the work runs, and records kept for insurance and compliance. The file is ready when the carrier asks for it.
Contents inventory
A computerized inventory records what was moved, cleaned or written off. It eases Proof of Loss forms for the policyholder and keeps contents questions out of the settlement.
Direct contact
Email [email protected] and the reply comes from people who know the file. For a loss in progress, call 1-800-211-7640.

Project controls

The claim file is built around documented conditions, a defined scope and clear points of responsibility.

  • IICRC-certified restoration firm
  • Xactimate line-item estimating
  • Photo and moisture-reading records
  • Written scope and change documentation
  • Contents inventory when included in scope
  • Adjuster and property-team coordination

How a claim runs with us

One protocol from first report to closure. The file builds as the work runs, not after it.

  1. First report

Phone the loss in, any hour. A crew responds and stabilizes the site, and documentation starts on the first visit.

  2. Scope & estimate

The scope is priced in Xactimate on established industry pricing, then shared with the carrier as a line-item estimate.

  3. Coverage decision & work

The insurer determines policy coverage and approvals. Required mitigation and approved repairs are photographed and logged while the work runs, so the file stays current.

  4. Closure

We provide a final project file with available photos, readings and invoices. The insurer and policyholder handle claim closure.
